The first years email and telephone support is included with the purchase of ESdat.  After the first year it is available for valid maintenance plans.

If you need help with ESdat you should do the following:

  • Ensure you have completed the Tutorials.

  • Search the ESdat help files, user forum, handy hints and other resources at the ESdat Support Portal.

  • Search the User Forum to see if the question has already been asked.

    Post your question on the forum, remembering to include as much information and context as possible.  Our support staff will receive a notification and respond, other users may also respond.

  • Follow up with your power user(s) within your organization. 

    Power users (or nominated users) at your organization have a direct line of contact to experienced and development staff.  Our staff may anonymously post the question and the answer on the forum to assist other users.
